By installing or using LaTeXFlow for Google Docs™ (“the Add-on”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Description of Service
The Add-on is a Google Workspace Add-on that converts LaTeX mathematical expressions into image format and inserts them into Google Docs. It is provided free of charge.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Add-on only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Add-on to process sensitive personal data of third parties without appropriate authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Add-on without permission
- Use the Add-on in ways that violate Google Workspace’s Terms of Service
3. Data Collection Consent
The Add-on may collect anonymized LaTeX and equation image data for model training purposes, subject to your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may opt out at any time. Opting out does not affect the core functionality of the Add-on.
4. No Warranty
The Add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all Google Docs configurations
- Accuracy of rendered equations in all cases
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Add-on.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Add-on at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
